Which book should I attempt to get good marks in FIITJEE AITS and a rank under 500?

You should prepare according to JEE Main exam. To score good marks in JEE Main your basics should be clear for that you can refer NCERT books. If your concepts are clear you can easily solve tricky questions an you can also score good in your FIITJEE AITS.
Below are the recommended books for your preparation
Physics
You can refer books by DC Pandey, IE Irodov and Resnick Halliday
Mathematics
You can refer to RD Sharma, SK Goyal and Arihant Publication
Chemistry
You can refer to OP Tandon, RC Mukherjee, P Bahadur , Morrison Boyd and HC Verma
