which rank All India or category rank to be used to predict college

Thanks...then what is the use of All india rank......is it used for counselling purpose & for admission CRL is used?

Hello,
If you belong to General category then there is no extra rank list than CRL, else caste will also be taken in consideration along with rank list. For every institute, there is reservation for certain categories and in order to fill those seats, category wise ranks will be used.
