Itcan be due to technical glitches on server end or you mightbe using putdatedversion of browser.
We recommend use a google chrome latest browser woth updates and stable Internet connection with1mbps speed and Windows 7 onwards Os for best compatibility.
You can try visit cyber cafe and check if problem still persists.
