with 10th i can do law courses

It is not possible to take law courses after tenth you need to qualify your 12th standard in MEC OR MPC or HSC stream.
Then you can either apply to state level law entrance exams for 5 years BA LLBcourse or national level exams like CLAT, LSAT, AILET in order to secure a set in NLUS.
You can also apply top universities through entrance exams like SLAT for symbiosis, DUET for delhi etc..
After your intermediate or parallely take coaching for any of the above exams. If you qualify, apply counselling to the colleges where you would like to join.

First of all, I would like to tell that Law is one of the career oriented courses after 12th. In India, the student can pursue the legal degree after the completion of the graduation in any discipline. There are the following degrees of legal education in India.
No, You cannot do the law degree courses with just the 10th class. Your education qualification must be 10+2 or equivalent to 10+2 from a recognized board with not less than 45% marks in aggregate.

You can not appear for any LLB entrance exam untill you have not completed your class 12th. It is important to have done your 12th class as it is one of the main criteria for appearing for LLB Entrance exam.
