Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal college have a beautiful infrastructure. They provide all the facilities that are required. The Wi-Fi service covered the entire premises, while the library was well-equipped with a wide range of study materials.

Academics of my college Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal was also very nice . The professors at our institution are well-versed in their respective fields, and they constantly provide necessary support to the students.

The placement in my college Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal in M.TechComputer Science and Engineering was above average. Around 80 percent students were placed in top companies.

Our course is very well designed because it is not only designed for theoretical purposes but also to give practical knowledge. Our classes, labs, and library are in very good condition. Our library, the digital library and the reading hall are fully air-conditioned. Our hostel is also very good but it needs to be renovated ASAP. But the mess food is the only thing that I don't like about my college.

All the instructors in our program were supportive, competent, and well-informed in their specific areas of expertise. The curriculum of the course was pertinent and effectively prepared students for employment opportunities. The semester examinations at our institution posed a challenge. The pass rate at our college stood at an impressive 90%.

Due to the recent recession in the placement drive, the placement in the CS branch is not as promising, while the chemical branch has a 99% placement rate. Before the recession, the CS branch had a 100% placement rate, with the highest offer being 68 LPA off-campus. TCS is the top recruiting company. Generally, students get internships in TCS.

Good college.

Sant Longowal Institute's infrastructure is underwhelming. Cramped classrooms, outdated labs, and inadequate facilities hinder learning. Poor maintenance, limited resources, and unhygienic conditions detract from student experience. Urgent upgrades and renovations are essential to meet basic academic needs.

I studied BE Electrical engineering. Sant Longowal Institute's academics are disappointing. Outdated curriculum, inadequate faculty, and poor teaching methods hinder student growth. Lack of industry exposure and minimal research opportunities lead to unprepared graduates. Needs significant improvement to meet modern academic standards.

Sant Longowal Institute's placements are decent, but not impressive. Average packages (3-5 LPA) and moderate placement rates (60-70%) are a concern. While some top companies do visit, many students opt for off-campus opportunities. Placement cell needs improvement to match industry standards.

The infrastructure of the college is well maintained . It has good arrangements in it self , classrooms are quite good and labs, workshops , equipments in labs every thing is provided properly and there are respective guides for all labs who instructs students how to use everything inside the labs.

The quality of teaching here is great . All teachers are very supportive and guides us properly for career and help us to develop our personalities . So I would say that faculty is quite good and the things we are studying here are making us ready to face the cooperate world.

Placements of this college are pretty good but mostly students are expected to reach out to the companies themselves. The placement process of college is well organized and proclaimed. Strong alumni network of college is there which helps with good placement opportunities.

I would say that it is worth the money value that I'm getting here as a student. I pay RS 50000 per year as my tution fees and RS7000 per year as my hostel fees. And college provides courses at quite low fees criteria when compared to other colleges.

Multiple sports facilities are provided here in the campus for the students. College keeps conducting multiple fests with monthly gaps or 5 to 6 months. There is no dress code here so students can wear clothes according to them.

Hostels of this college are also very good and food of mess is also good and the cooking arrangements are hygienic here. Security guards and CCTV cameras are there in college for security purpose of students.

The infrastructure of the college was well established. the living arrangements and food were up to the mark. the seminar and sessions were a thrill to attend. many guest speakers were well known and inspiring .

The teachers are ver supportive and cooperate with the students. They make sure that the topics are well understood by the students and provide real-world examples and scenarios for better understanding

The average placement offered to the students was very good. the average salary offered ranged from 7-8 lpa, which is quite good. well-known companies were coming to the campus. the placement process is smooth and hassle-free and provides you the best

Total value for money. the teaching and the facilities provided totally justify the fee for the course

The campus life is very refreshing and thrilling with competitions and contests and events being held now and then.

Infrastructure of the college sant longowal institute of engineering and technology is too good and the professors of this college is too good with teaching view and students are very eagerly to get knowledge from the proffe of sliet

I completed my graduation from B.E. food technology 2023 the department of food technology gives me everything that i need in future in working experience or higher studies the professors in this department are very helpful and very knowledgeable

The placements system are very good here from placements this college provide every week a quiz or preparation for the placement each batch or trade there is one student is selecte As trainin And placement head as student so that he can give every informa About placements to the student and give properly communication between student And teachers or professors

SLIET is good its infrastructure and one of the best college under government of India. Classroom infrastructure are quite good, many classroom are Air conditioning and their is lush green campus having many facilities like games gym

I study programme called B E in Mechanical Engineering here. faculties are quite good and enough qualified. Quality of teaching are very good here. Most of the curriculum are based upon industries work so the students not facing any type of difficulties during during working in industries.

Placements are quite good here and average package for a mechanical engineering is 4 lakhs, in my programme that is honours in welding their is 100% placement companies like Mahindra and Mahindra , HUL, TCS, Cognizant, Walmart and many more comes here.

I pay RS 40000 per year as my tution fees and RS 7000 per year as my hostel fees, Course fees in SLIET are quite low as compared to other college. So i think money is worth in SLIET. and if you are finding any budget friendly college then this is good

Campus life in SLIET good and arranged all type of facilities are availabe inside campus , there us total of 10 Boys Hostel available here and two girls hostel are there, and their is SAC that is Student Activity Centre where students and enjoy according to their own gym , football ground, vollyball ground , stadium are available , food shops are also here. here you can do lot of extra curriculum activities with full enjoyment

Our college have all the necessary infrastructure, faculties, equipment and workshops and labs. Our facilities are so much kind and helpful too us, they'll thought us every necessary part of study with a very good attitude and manner or you can say pattern. There are all required equipments and machineries in our labs and workshops and classrooms. Our college also provide very good facilities for all kind of indoor and outdoor games and also provide refreshments and or other allowences to all

The quality of teaching is great. All teachers guide us about or subjects and also about to develope our personalities. they've ask us many time about an kind of doubts we've may have. And yes, what study is make me job ready.

Our college have so good placement. There are many seniors which get a very good placement at many famous companies with a very nice package. The average salary offered by companies is 6 to 7 lakh per annum.

My course costs 60000 per year and this is so cheap for BE course in compare to all other private and government collegeies. Yes, I feel that I'm getting my money's worth because I'm feeling a development in my personality and in my self by getting a lot of knowledge.

Our campus is so big. We have so much green land there. Our life in campus and hostel is good. Even during the time of Covid19 I missed my campus or hostel life a lot. Our hostel facilities are also good.

Our college is so hygienic and neat and it have all the required features and there quality is so good. We've get free WiFi in college with a great speed and there are many other features which we've got in our college.

1. SLIET have all the necessary equipments and infrastructure expect Civil Engineering branch. The laboratories are good enough for any student who want to learn but there is less chance for your hand practice because the experiments on heavy machines is only done by teacher.... But in Civil Engineering branch you will not be going to do any practicals because there is no infrastructure of civil branch...and no labs also...when I was out in passed out in 2020.

I had studied Diploma in Civil Engineering. The quality of teaching in my branch I can say is moderate because there is only two teachers and one technician in Civil Engineering branch. But in other branches quality of teaching is good if you are willing to study. Yaa Curriculum is updated but you can not say that you are a job ready after graduation you have to study your own for your placements...

The quality of placement is average because approx 50 students are placed....A girl from Computer Science Engineering got highest package of 9 LPA in 2019.... The average salary offered is 1.6 LPA for Diploma and 3.5 LPA for BTech and above. And I can say college officials are supportive.

Diploma Fee- 20,000 per year. B Tech Fee-62,000 per year but there is hike of ₹1000 each year.

I must say college campus is pleasent. Best feature- You will not get bored from the college campus because it is as huge as 448 acres. If you are in 3rd year BTech you can grab a single seater room somehow if you managed to get top 10 in your class...But you definitely get single seater room in 4th year of BTech as there is not eligibility criteria in no extra cost. Bad feature- The campus is in a rural area with low medical facilities, you have to go 18 kms from college I'm emergency case.

My overall experience from college is not so good because of academics there is no infrastructures of civil engineering branch and labs too... Only two teachers runs the whole department with HOD of mechanical department who have no knowledge about Civil Engineering branch. The higher authorities always ignor the students of civil branch but if you got admitted in any other branches except Civil then you are lucky that you will get good infrastructure as well as labs also good library facilities
