our college has best infrastructure facilities ..our college has total 14 hostels.. there is too good green environment in our college .. all departments have their seperate blocks..the auditorium of our college is like a tourist place..

currently i am persuing btech from mechanical engineering..As we all know that mechanical is evergreen branch..the palcement of our college is too good.. the professors are extremely talented and very good in nature..

our college has approx 75% placements out of eligible candidates..many multi national companies come for placements like hindustan unilever,jindal,ralson india,tech mahindra,infosis,welspun and many other big companies..

the fee structure for this college is really affordable for all students..best college for economical..

our college is spread in approx 450 acres ..so its campus is too large ..there are gyms,sports complex,shopping complex,restraunts and all facilities are available which the students needs.

really i have very good experience about my college..

COLLEGE HAVE A HUGE INFRASTRUCTURE OF 450 ACRES AND ALL MACHINES ARE WELL EQUIPED AND WORKING. IF YOU THINK ABOUT BEAUTY THEN COLLEGE IS FULL OF GREENERY. YOU WILL LOVE TO STAY IN THE COLLEGE. COLLEGE HAVE A BIG GYM AND COLLEGE DOES HAVE 1 FOOTBALL GROUND AND 1 CRICKET STADIUM. OVERALL INFRASTRUCTURE IS VERY GOOD.

All professors are good and academic wise college is enough to teach you theoritical as well as practical knowledge.Scoring is little tough sometimes but you will always get good score if you will start studying earliest from minor and major.All teachers and professor are helpful.

As we know placement are so so in every government colleges in India apart from NITs and IITs but apart from core placement placement in IT companies are good. If we will talk about average package it will lie around 3-3.5 lpa.

The courses here are really Valuable and worth your money. Diploma at just 10000 per semester including hostel fee and B.E at just 34500 per semester including hostel fee. It os not possible in any NAAC grade B+ institute it is lowest fee.

Campus life is full of adventure here , you will have a great journey here as campus is huge and well equiped you will feel enshrined here and you will enjoy your 4 year if you're from JE mains and if you're in diploma you will get to enjoy 3 years and if you will get promoted you will enjoy your life for another three years.

Infrastructure is awesome. Full of greeneries. One lake is there. Water treatment plant is there. Separate blocks for separate branches are there. One central Library is there including the study centre. 11 boys hostel and 4 girls hostel are there.

A lil bit if improvement is required. Specialization of welding, foundry & forging, auto farm, tool & die and air conditioning is there for the diploma course in mechanical engineering. Specialization of food technology is there which goes up to the PhD level.

I'm placed but there are a lot of improvements to be done and shift the placement head from the Placement officer to the students. Division of power is required instantly. More corporate to campus session should be there. Students future should be considered amongst the first priority rather than those shitty assignments and quizes.

For me it was always value for money according to the kind of exposer I got.

When you get quality friends then your campus life becomes enriching.

Whatever rating I'm giving here is only from my personal point of view.

College has nice hostels and in first year and second year students got 3 seater room After for 3rd year few toppers will get single seater room . Fourth year all students got single seater room. there is wi-fi limit on basis of semester staring we get 1GBps then it increases. There is Swimming Pool, Canteen, Tennis court, student activity center, gym , Football ground, Cricket & Hockey ground.

I am Student of second year from mechanical engineering. This college have one of the best workshop and All professors encourage student about new technology and many of the club are winner of "Pride Of Punjab" .

Average placement is around 5-6 LPA. Amazon, TCS, Autodesk, Capgemini, ISGEC, HUL, Nestle, and other big company comes the college. All branches Shows almost 80%-83% placement,. Highest Package About 16 LPA.

Total about 2.5L you completed Four Year B.Tec. Its too low as per recourses provide by college.

Total Area over college was spread is 451 acres which is greater than many of the NITs. There is Botanical Garden, Lake, Park also. Rules and Regulation are strict . ex. No one can go out of college after 8P.M.

As any One whose rank after 27K this college is Best for future of these students.

College has a decent hostels and all of the rooms bathrooms and mess are clean and Tidy. The security here is strict . Facilities are at par with all the colleges. Swimming Pool, Library , Canteen, Student Activity Center, football Grounds , Tennis Court , Badminton Court for each Hostel. Everyday WiFi 1GB available .

I am studying Mechanical Engineering and currently in Second Year. This college has one of The best workshops in the country. The professors here are very good and encouraging one to think Innovative.

Average placement is around 5LPA . Highest this year was 16LPA . Autodesk, HUL, Infosys, TCS, Capegemini and other Big names come to college every year. Mechanical sees almost 80 percent of Placement.

Rs.33k per Sem with Hostel . Rs 2500(approx) mess fee per month. In total you can complete you whole Btech. In Rs. 2.5 lakhs .

College Campus is filled with greenery. The college has beautiful lake and botanical garden. One of the best Campuses in the country. The college is strict with its rules and regulations. No one can go out of college after 8P.M

If you really want to explore yourself and want to self-learn. Believe Me this is the Best College one can get

Nice Infrastructure. It has nice classroom, smart classes are also available, all kinds of laboratories are present. A big library, a small shoping complex, a sport ground and a separate racing track , a student activity centre for indoor games and also has gym. It has swimming pool. It has 10 boys hostel and 4 girls hostel with WiFi of limit 1 G.B. per day. Campus is clean and hygienic.

I am a student of CSE as it is best branch available in this college, our curriculum is good and cover most of the basic things that a CS engineer requires. Now talking about teaching quality it is average. Some teachers are good but others are not so good.

This is a domain where it needs improvement. Average placement is 3 lakh per annum which is not very nice. Highest placement offered this year was 8 lakh per annum. In our domain companies like TCS, Infosys and Capegimini are main recruiters. Placement Cell is trying to improve placement but still we have to put much efforts to improve this domain.

Approximately 63k per year is fee including hostel and one have to pay 2.5k approx per month for mess. But still you can say it is affordable and the facilities it provide in this much amount is quite satisfactory.

Campus is safe and away from city. So surrounding is noise pollution free and peaceful, also it has many trees and plants which make atmosphere nice. Various fest and events are organised time to time to engage students in variety of technical and non-technical task.

Good college that needs improvement in placement.

This college has everything that a good engineering college should have. It has separate blocks for every department. It has wide spaced classroom. It has all kind of laboratories and laboratory equipment. It has a Central Library and Reading Hall and also A.C. Reading Hall apart from Non-A.C. one. It has sports ground for outdoor sports and Student Activity Center for Indoor Sports and gym.Hostel is available for both boys and girls and WiFi is also provided with limit of 1 G.B.

Average quality of teaching. Teaching Staffs are well qualified but few don't teach well. Apart from it syllabus is as per AICTE and sufficient to make student placement ready. In my stream that is Mechanical Engineering teacher are very supportive and helpful. You can reach them even out of the class if you have any problem related to course and subject.

This is a part where our college lag behind and root cause is its remote location. Big Companies don't visit our campus generally. For Mechanical Students companies like Hindustan Unilever, Godrej, Maruti Suzuki, Honda, Ralson, Greenply etc visit our campus. Average placement is 3.5 lakh per annum.

Fee is 31,500 per semester including hostel + 2,500 (approx) per month for mess. I think education is provided at really good cost because most of the college charges more than what our college charges. So, I am satisfied with fees.

Campus life is good. Various events and fest are organised. College is away from city so no distraction source is here. Our Campus is Clean, Green and Safe Campus.

SLIET have a very good infrastructure. It has a lush green campus of 451 acres which is quite big. There are total 9 boys hostel and 4 girls hostel in the campus. All the hostels have their own WiFi. Students have an access to the WiFi by using the login id provided by the college. There is also a sports activity center for students where various sports can be played, also it has 2 gyms in it. The living spaces is also very hygienic in SLIET campus.

I am currently a student of B.E Computer science. The professors teaching at SLIET are from various IITs and NITs. Few teachers have experience in teaching in abroad. Almost all the professors, associate professors have PhD. the curriculum is designed according to norms of AICTE and is updated regularly.

The placement in SLIET is average at this time because the college is situated in the very remote area of Sangrur district, Punjab, but the scenario is changing and various companies like TCS, Infosys, Cognizant are coming because the of the skills of the students studying here. Many alumni of SLIET are working in big companies at a respectable post. Also, companies like Dell and Adobe have decided to come for placement in next sessions.

SLIET is government funded technical institution so its fees is very less as compared to private colleges in India. The total fees of B.E program is less than 4 lakhs. Taking all the facilities and infrastructure it is true value for money.

The campus life is very good at SLIET. It has a campus of 451 acres which is quite big. Also, the campus has 2 lakes where migratory birds came during the winter season. Also, the campus has 2 grounds for sports activities, where you can play games like cricket, football, lawn tennis, basketball. the grounds have courts for each game. The campus is very safe and no outsiders can enter without permission.

The huge and green campus of the college makes you near to the nature. Various types of insects and plants can be seen there. The quiet campus helps in concentrating on studies and keeps your mood happy and energetic. The central library has thousands of books which you can read without any boundation. Also, the WiFi provided to students have an amazing speed of 1mb/s, which is quite good.

Yes, the college infrastructure is very nice and good. The classrooms are well- equiped with projectors. There is wifi connection available in the classrooms and the hostel. There is a library with huge number of books.

I am pursuing B.tech from this college. The teaching quality is excellent. Yes, the course curriculum is updated every year. The syllabus includes all the recent development in the field. The study makes the students job ready.

The quality of the placements are the best. More than 80% of the students were placed last year. The highest package till now was 18 LPA and the average salary package range between 3-4 LPA. Many top companies visit the campus for placements.

The fees is not very high. The college provides scholarships and compensation to students. The fees of my course is around 1,60,000 per year including tution, mess and hostel. I do feel that the fees is worth.

The campus life is really great here. The campus is very big. The environment of the college is good. There are a lot of things to do. Workshops and seminars are conducted for students.

The college is very good.

College is a bit old fashioned but all govt facilities are present. All necessary amenities are provided inside the college except technical repair shops. The weather is extreme in all seasons. Facilities are sufficient but could do better with more. There are a few smart classes. College is clean and lush green. There is NCC. A not well maintained stadium and the common sports equipment is available. There are enough hostels to accommodate all outsiders. No PGs are available nearby.

Academics are just like any other college. There are lecturers who will help while most don't care. Only a few lecturers will keep you interested in the subject. Academics is all about self learning. Also you will have to develop your own skills. Self learning is the only way in this college. There are clubs of students which do teach a lot of things though.

Placements and packages offered are not at all good as the location of college is extremely remote. Chemical and mechanical students might get good opportunities but others most probably won't. To get a good opportunity, you will have to go off campus and search elsewhere. However you have ample time to prepare for competitive exams given that you work hard. But then again there are no coaching centres nearby but you can take online lectures and the college does have a good internet facility.

College is cheap and affordable. The total cost including the mess and hostel fee accounts to RS 81K per annum. Remaining would be your own expenses. Basic amenities are available inside the college itself.

Campus is good and beautiful. The security mostly consists of ex-army personnel. No outsiders are allowed inside the college. The girls have a separate hostel area with 3 hostels inside a compound wall with their own basketball courts. Each hostel has its own mess. It is mandatory for girls to be inside the compound of their hostels between 7PM to 6AM in summers and 6PM to 6 30 AM in winters. There is a small medical facility which has pretty basic equipment. Faculty live inside the campus too.

Students are not so well behaved and destructive.
