You need to score at least 50-60% in your 12th boards with PCB as the main subject. But only 12th board marks are not sufficient for admission in most of the government nursing colleges.

You need to prepare for NEET, also aiming for the score of 350+ if you are in the general category or 250-300+ for reserved category. The higher your marks will be in both 12th boards and NEET, higher the chances to get into better government nursing college.

Here is the way you can apply for scholarship exam.

1. Identify the scholarship : check and go through which scholarship you want to apply for like for higher studies - UG/PG. is it private or NGO-based.
2. Then check for the eligibility requirement : the academic percentage, age limit, catergory, course or stream.
3. Registration : most of the scholarship is now online available for registration.
4. Documents : Email id, phone number, ID proof, marksheets, photo, caste certificate (if applicable).  Upload the documents as required. Make sure you upload clear copies of all the documents.
5. Apply and then take the exam. Prepare from the available syllabus on the official website. And then check the result.
