SGSITS has a good location which is near to railway station, bus stand, market places and pg rooms. Hostel facilities are also available and size of classrooms depends upon how much that building is old.
As a student of electrical branch I can say the academics of SGSITS is very good at least in my branch. The professors are very supportive and you can ask them about the projects outside of the curriculum too.
The placements are average and the average package of SGSITS is 10 lakhs. The highest salary has gone upto 40 lakhs. Core companies do come but they are less in numbers because we do not have students who want to pursue core.
The infrastructure of the college plays a vital role in the development as the students here are now focusing on the labs, class rooms, etc.A very good green environment is maintained in the surroundings ,making a peaceful place to study and relax.
All the faculties members of the college are supportive in nature.Some lecturers are very good with a lot of experience.The recent developments in the field and curriculum definitely makes us job ready.
The placements in our college are not too good and not too bad. The average salary is around 7 lpa,and the highest being 39lpa from cse branch.Once a student complete an internship program he/she instantly gets a PPO from the company.

I have seen many changes in clg which makes me believe that the College has improved a lot in terms of infrastructure but it needs to improve more because washrooms are smelly. There are lifts too installed.

Placements are very good 80% students gets placement as they have performed good in their exams too. We have a special group of faculty to teach and make us aware of internships and placements. Mentors are there too.
It is an autonomous college which has an acceptable infrastructure. SGSITS has available facilities with no less no more. Air conditioned laboratories are there and smart classrooms are there. Sports grounds are there.
Studying in computer science Btech. It makes the students well prepared for future jobs and internships. It also focuses on the extracurricular activities to enhance personality. Personalized mentor is alloted to students for progress.
Only 30-50% of the students got placed. The top recruiting companies are Google, Mahindra etc. Average salary is almost 14 lakhs depend on our level of work education like any other kind of works we see out side highest salary may be 40 lakhs.
The infrastructure is good enough, the washrooms are quite maintained most of the time .The college canteen is a bit costly though. All the staff is professional.Library is present with a wide range of books.

The quality of placements in my campus is good. The tnp cell provides the CRT classes in every week and this program starts in the 3rd year.Almost 85-90% students gets placed.They teach everything from scratch to core and make us more confident.
The college's infrastructure is beautiful. It has all the necessary facilities and equipment. In classrooms we have smartboards for class. Library is huge. Sports centres have good gym. Hostels are nice.
The university has top students who are very decent and with good behaviour from good families. The staff here or the teachers teach very nicely and makes us understand a pretty little thing which makes us very comfortable.
Placements are excellent here and average package for all engineering branches is 14 lakhs, in my programme that is IT in their is 100% placement companies like Mahindra and Mahindra , HUL, TCS, Cognizant, Walmart etc.
We have a infrastructure worth talking about. We have hostel accomodation for both boys and girls with girls having curfew at 9 pm. The mess food is not nice and we have a cafe too and a stationary is also there.
Student of CSE branch in sgsits I can say that teachers love discipline very much and are very punctual about attendence. The teachers are proficient in their subjects and can solve each and every doubt.
Placements can be said good for top branches but this year we do not know the case what is happening with our placement section. We have done industrial visits for different branches so that students see the work.
