Yes our college is awesome. The infrastructure is like in movies at least for our department. There are different sports grounds and sometimes interstate matches are held here too. There is wifi and smartboard too.
I am studying information technology in this college. The teachers are very good in their subject and explain very well. The curriculum is updated but still we have to gain some extra knowledge for getting a good job.
The placements are very good and this year also many companies will come but we have to see whether we will get the job or not. The avearge salary is 12 lakhs per annum. The registration is a bit difficult.
Yes, our college has necessary infrastructure just our branch building is not there. There are two new buildings made which are top class. The laboratory lacks important equipments which are not updated.
I am studying electronics and telecommunication because this is the branch i got in a government college according to my marks. The curriculum is updated but not all things are incorporated. We have to go for extra studies.
The quality of placements in our college is very good but core companies dont come. I will go for tech company. The placement in software field is almost 100%. The placement registration process was difficult but the college was supportive.
Our college has good infrastructure and beautiful environment. Classrooms are well maintained, clean and canteen food is also good .24/7 water and electricity facility is available . Well structured computer labs with a good wifi connection .
The teachers here are well qualified and helping in nature. Every branch has its own speciality and recently new courses are added to the academic which is very useful to the students.Yes our curriculum makes us job ready.
I have seen many students passing from our college with great marks and getting into companies of their choice. The college support students in every aspect so that they can get the good job in big MNCs.
Our college classrooms are well equipped and maintained, labs are good with all the required equipments.Wifi is also available in hostels and labs. The living spaces are mainted in a neat manner and the canteen food is hygienic too.
I am a 2nd year student from computer science and engineering stream. In our college all subject including major and minor are taught in a discipline way. Various courses and seminars are organized to make us job ready.
Placements are especially good for those students scoring more than 8 pointer. The Companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS,etc hire the students every year. The average package is 10-12 lpa with highest package around 40 lpa.
Our college has all required infrastructure facilities like big and clean classrooms , practical labs with all equipments,a library ,hostels for both boys and girls etc.The whole campus is surrounded with green trees
Currently I am a student of 4th year pursuing Electrical Engineering. The study materials such as books according to the curriculum as well as notes, are specially casted for students. Our curriculum is updated too.
Our college has connection with companies like Microsoft ,amazon and other top MNC companies. But the placement cell, which is supposed to assist with job placements, is not helpful at all. We could have some sort of benefit from better management.
College have all equipments and properly maintained facilities. The 2 sports ground are huge and there are separate gyms for both girls and boys .The college also provides hostel and mess facilities that are clean and hygienic.
I personally dont like some of my teachers but other than these some are awesome too and also helping in nature. In the curriculum a mandatory internship is there after 3rd year which eventually makes the students industry ready .
Our College has a history of good campus placements with the highest package going around 40lpa and the average package being 9-10 lpa. But the process of placements is not easy, many of the students are rejected in the registration itself.
Yes, all the facilities and equipments are available and well maintained. The best thing I like is that our college students can wear what they wish to there is no as such specific dress in our college.
I am a computer science student from 2nd year. The teaching quality is quite good. The teachers are experienced and can teach their subject efficiently. The curriculum is comprehensive and up-to-date, covering a wide range of relevant subjects.
Around 80% of the students were placed last year. The highest package offered was 40lpa from cse branch in 2017. I would say that our college placements are improving with the rising alumni of the institute.
The college is not so good. It doesn't have the necessary facilities like air conditioned classrooms ,the non-ac classrooms we got are also not cleaned .There are many clubs available like computer club, coding club, dancing club and cultural program club etc.
I am Currently a student of 4th year from mechanical and engineering stream. Our teachers are good and helpful too. I think our curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field.
There are no such good records of placements in our branch. As they focus more on giving software knowledge to the students, the 90% companies coming in college are from IT sector.Overall there are no core campus placements.
Infrastructure is quite good but the hostel facility is poor, like they supply less water and wifi doesn't works throughout our hostel.Apart from the hostel, there are parking facilities , various classrooms ,labs and sports ground.
The quality of teaching is average I must say, Our branch faculty needs some changes . Moreover the classes are not held regularly as scheduled. The curriculum is also not updated. It doesn't makes us job ready in anyway.
Almost 80% of students are placed every year, that is a good point but the packages offered are not that good.Otherwise college has some good tie ups, more than 50 companies visit every year including TCS, Infosys, PayPal etc.
College infrastructure is good almost all facilities and equipments are available. There is a big library with many books helping the students to improve their knowledge. The living spaces are always clean.
The standards set here are much competitive as compared to other government colleges. Teachers are very helpful and understanding. The way of teaching is unique and conceptual. Our curriculum is latest and accurate as per the course.
The placement facility of the college is awesome. Many students are getting placed every year in various sectors. Most recruiting companies are services based like TCS, Infosys, cognizant etc.The placement cell is supportive too.
Based on your JEE Main 2025 rank of 3,41,581 in the OBC category under the home state quota, securing admission to (SGSITS), Indore, may be challenging.
Your rank of 3,41,581 is significantly higher than the closing ranks for most branches in the OBC category in previous years.
With a 79.7 percentile and GEN-EWS category, you can likely gain admission to lower-demand branches at SGSITS Indore, assuming you have a Madhya Pradesh domicile. Highly sought-after branches like Computer Science and IT may be difficult to secure with this percentile. Lower-demand branches like Civil, Mechanical, or Production Engineering may be more accessible due to the home state quota and EWS reservation.
Percentile to Rank:
A 79.7 percentile in JEE Main typically translates to a Common Rank List (CRL) rank between 160,000 and 250,000.
SGSITS Indore Cutoff Trends:
Based on previous years' data, the closing ranks for EWS candidates at SGSITS Indore vary depending on the branch.
EWS and Home State Quota:
EWS and home state quotas can significantly improve your chances of securing a seat, especially in branches with lower demand.
Branch Preferences:
You should prioritize branches with potentially lower cutoffs, such as Civil, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
Competitive Branches:
Highly competitive branches like Computer Science and IT will likely require a higher percentile and/or rank.
Counselling and Seat Allotment:
The final seat allotment will depend on your rank, category, branch preference, and available seats.
With a JEE Main rank of 5,28,143 in the ST category (home state), it is unlikely that you will be able to secure admission in popular branches such as Computer Science, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering at SGSITS Indore. You may be considered for lower-demand branches, depending on their cutoff trends. However, it is advisable to check the official counseling details for accurate and updated information.
