Many students have been placed in well-known organizations with decent salary packages . The Students here are required to hold min 75% attendance in each Sem with no backlogs and should be disciplined well to sit for the campus recruitment process.
The college buildings are up to the mark, they are well-maintained and dedicated to teaching and learning. The laboratories are well-equipped with the latest equipment and tools. We also have indoor sports rooms and a gym.
The quality of teaching is above average, all the lectures are easily explained.Academic curriculum is properly followed and likewise the syllabus is taken care of to be completed in a scheduled time.
The college have done great efforts for the students to get selected in good companies. Around 80% of the students have been placed in previous year batches.Companies coming for recruitment are good and the average package is above 9lpa.
The college infrastructure is not so good I would say ,because it does not have the necessary facilities like their are small class rooms ,the college don't provide any wifi facility. The Food offered by Cafeteria is also unhygienic.
Curriculum is not updated it doesn't includes any of the recent developments .The teaching quality is good but the teachers aren't helpful to us,they are roughly towards us. This study does not make us job - ready at all.
It's decent not to high nor too low.Around 75-80% student were placed last year to my batch. The package is average but good as perspective of fresher. But there aren't much opportunities for civil and mechanical branch.
The college infrastructure is outstanding and we have well built classrooms, the staff rooms have ac and there are many laboratories. We have smartboards and teachers use mic if they are inaudible to the last benches.
The quality of teaching is also very good and the teachers are very supportive. The curriculum is not that much updated but enough to land us an average level job. I am studying information technology.
The quality of placements is also very good and it is aid that we also get placed as our branch is very good and our branch students are exceptional. The placement registration is only done and the college was very supportive for us.
College provides all the required infrastructure facilities to us students . The hostels are fine but there is a need of improvement specifically for the girls. It has all the lab equipments and technical support which is needed to perform practicals .
Personalized mentor is alloted to all the students who analyses the progress of a student.Yeah I think the curriculum is updated and it includes all the recent developments. The teachers are also knowledgable and helping.
The institute has a strong network of industry connections, resulting in a high placement rate. They conduct training sessions preparing the fellow students for interviews. The avg salary offered is around 9lpa.
No, we don't have all the necessary facilities as in the laboratories lack upgraded equipments and the common library doesn't have the books we need and we don't have our personal department building.
I am studying electronics and telecommunications and apart from that i am also studing B.sc in data science from iit madras through online course. The quality of teaching is very good but they cut unnessecary marks.
The quality of placements is very good but i want to pursue my career in data science so i will be looking for jobs outside too because in college only software development and software engineering positions come.

Decent placement record with and an average of 8lpa.The university also has a great track record of good companies visiting for the placement rounds. But for the students of mechanical and civil branch there is no placement opportunities as such.
College infrastructure is well maintained. Proper hygiene is ensured in all aspects. It got ATM, parking facilities, gym and a beautiful Cafeteria. The classrooms are good, sports ground is big and properly maintained.
Our professors are quite old age, their average age is around 55-60yrs. The curriculum is well updated here. But the subjects like operating systems, machine learning etc are not in sync with real life applications.
The training and placement cell of our college is the worst thing we students don't like ,they are not supportive and also sometimes rough in nature towards the students. There are 2-3 students per branch allotted as tnp co-ordinators to help us students, but the reality is just opposite they always show attitude and hold grudges with us.
Infrastructure of our college is not so good but all the required equipments are available .There is a wifi facility in whole college but it comes within certain limits of 100 mb per day.College canteen offers hygienic food but tht also too costly.

Based on your JEE Main 2025 rank of 3,41,581 in the OBC category under the home state quota, securing admission to (SGSITS), Indore, may be challenging.
Your rank of 3,41,581 is significantly higher than the closing ranks for most branches in the OBC category in previous years.
With a 79.7 percentile and GEN-EWS category, you can likely gain admission to lower-demand branches at SGSITS Indore, assuming you have a Madhya Pradesh domicile. Highly sought-after branches like Computer Science and IT may be difficult to secure with this percentile. Lower-demand branches like Civil, Mechanical, or Production Engineering may be more accessible due to the home state quota and EWS reservation.
Percentile to Rank:
A 79.7 percentile in JEE Main typically translates to a Common Rank List (CRL) rank between 160,000 and 250,000.
SGSITS Indore Cutoff Trends:
Based on previous years' data, the closing ranks for EWS candidates at SGSITS Indore vary depending on the branch.
EWS and Home State Quota:
EWS and home state quotas can significantly improve your chances of securing a seat, especially in branches with lower demand.
Branch Preferences:
You should prioritize branches with potentially lower cutoffs, such as Civil, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
Competitive Branches:
Highly competitive branches like Computer Science and IT will likely require a higher percentile and/or rank.
Counselling and Seat Allotment:
The final seat allotment will depend on your rank, category, branch preference, and available seats.
With a JEE Main rank of 5,28,143 in the ST category (home state), it is unlikely that you will be able to secure admission in popular branches such as Computer Science, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering at SGSITS Indore. You may be considered for lower-demand branches, depending on their cutoff trends. However, it is advisable to check the official counseling details for accurate and updated information.
