Yes we have got the newest building in college so the labs and the infrastructure of our department building is very awesome but same cannot be said for core branches as they have older buildings. We have smartboards too.
I am studying information technology and i am very much intrested in its topics. The teachers are also very friendly and assist us in whichever way possible. What we study makes us job ready only in case of core subjects we still have to do much work.
Our branch is an autonomous branch and the placements from our branch are really high and I think higher than CS too. Our college is very much supportive and there is a predefined procedure for registration for placements too.
college toilets were not that clean, Ac should be needed in our class, lift facility is also not good . Whereas the college is equipped with well maintained laboratories, where students can conduct experiments and enhance their scientific skills.

Placements are not as good , there is very biased environment ,they give placements to students of the tnp cell as they are in regular contact with the companies. The tnp cell conducts special seminars, workshops, and training sessions for those students.
The college infrastructure is amazing. All the classrooms are well maintained. There are sports ground,a beautiful garden,a badminton court along with a gym and Cafeteria. Classrooms as well as hostels nothing is air conditioned only ltc building have AC facility.
I'm a student of 4th year in the electronics and instrumentation branch. The curriculum is followed well but the syllabus is variable every year making it difficult to get references. Teaching faculties are great but some of the teachers are just doing time pass wasting the lecture talking on shit topics.
The quality of placement is quite good.In CSE and IT branch there is almost 90% placement guarantee. Highest package is also from cse that is 39lpa.The avg package is around 10 lpa.College is supportive in terms of training and placement.
Infrastructure includes 2boys hostel and a girl hostel. Every hostel has its own mess. The campus has two big grounds for sports activities along with a basket ball court too. The college is satisfactory in terms of cleanliness.

The quality is top class for upper branches in case of placements. But lower branches suffer and you have to go for gate. Highest packages mostly go to CS, IT, ETE because placements mostly come for software domain for core you have to go for gate.
Our course cost 50 thousand per semester and registration and website fees are seperate. If you are in hostel the fees is different. No I don't think I am getting my money's worth but it is a government college so it is worth it.
The college campus is beautiful and it's location is also very safe, it is situated close to railway station, bus depot, pg rooms, market, a hospital is there which gives discount to our college students.
No.
Based on your JEE Main 2025 rank of 3,41,581 in the OBC category under the home state quota, securing admission to (SGSITS), Indore, may be challenging.
Your rank of 3,41,581 is significantly higher than the closing ranks for most branches in the OBC category in previous years.
With a 79.7 percentile and GEN-EWS category, you can likely gain admission to lower-demand branches at SGSITS Indore, assuming you have a Madhya Pradesh domicile. Highly sought-after branches like Computer Science and IT may be difficult to secure with this percentile. Lower-demand branches like Civil, Mechanical, or Production Engineering may be more accessible due to the home state quota and EWS reservation.
Percentile to Rank:
A 79.7 percentile in JEE Main typically translates to a Common Rank List (CRL) rank between 160,000 and 250,000.
SGSITS Indore Cutoff Trends:
Based on previous years' data, the closing ranks for EWS candidates at SGSITS Indore vary depending on the branch.
EWS and Home State Quota:
EWS and home state quotas can significantly improve your chances of securing a seat, especially in branches with lower demand.
Branch Preferences:
You should prioritize branches with potentially lower cutoffs, such as Civil, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
Competitive Branches:
Highly competitive branches like Computer Science and IT will likely require a higher percentile and/or rank.
Counselling and Seat Allotment:
The final seat allotment will depend on your rank, category, branch preference, and available seats.
With a JEE Main rank of 5,28,143 in the ST category (home state), it is unlikely that you will be able to secure admission in popular branches such as Computer Science, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering at SGSITS Indore. You may be considered for lower-demand branches, depending on their cutoff trends. However, it is advisable to check the official counseling details for accurate and updated information.
