Candidates are evaluated on the below mentioned criteria:
Candidates are required to appear for an Oral Extempore Presentation before a panel, for a maximum duration of three minutes on a topic given on the spot. The presentation will be evaluated on content, relevance, and clarity in communication.
A personal interview would be the final step in the selection process. The overall personality of a candidate would be evaluated.
All the short-listed candidates for the two-year full-time MBA Programme at SIBM are required to appear for the selection process, which comprises the following components:
SNAP Score out of 60 :- 50 marks
Group Exercise (GE) :- 10 marks
Personal Interaction (PI) :- 40 marks
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% (45% for SC / ST candidates) in aggregate and must have qualified in any of the national-level management aptitude tests and Alliance Management Aptitude Test (AMAT).
