The Admission into under Graduate programmes is through a state level common entrance test EAMCET.

• A Candidate for admission to the four-year degree course in Engineering must have passed the Intermediate examination (10+2) of the Board of Intermediate Education with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as subjects or any other examination.
• The student needs to qualify State Level Entrance EXAM or JEE Main.

A pass in Intermediate Examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education of Andhra Pradesh with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects or any equivalent examination recognized by Sri Venkateswara University.

Lateral Entry- Engineering Diploma holders are admitted directly into B.Tech second year i.e. third semester in their respective branches based on their ranks in A.P. Engineering Common Entrance Test (APECET) conducted by Govt. of A.P. Admissions are made by the Convener, APECET.
