As per the notification issued by Punjabi University, Patiala, admission to the LLM course for the session 2021-22 will be on the basis of marks of the qualifying exam BA LLB (5 years) or LLB (3 years). • All registered and eligible candidates will be called for All India Admission Test (AIAT).
• Final selection shall be based on the combined merit list of AIAT (consisting of MCQs and Writing Ability Test) and the Personal Interaction.

As per Punjabi University norms, minimum 55% marks in BA LLB (5 years) or LLB (3 years) are required for seeking admission to the course.

Three or Five years LL.B. Degree from any recognised University/ Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes).
