Admission Details

Admission is based on MHCET LAW.

Eligibility Criteria

The student should have passed the XIIth standard or equivalent with a minimum of 45% marks for the open category 40% for candidates belonging to SC/ST categories. However, the University shall hold the entrance test (Online) for admission of the candidates who have secured 40% & above marks in the qualifying exams, on request from the Principal of the College, SC/ST candidates shall be eligible for relaxation of 5% marks for the entrance test also.

This Direction shall be called, "Direction leading to the examination for the award of the Degree of Bachelor of Laws(5 years) (Semester Pattern) in the Faculty of Law, Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur.
The duration of the course shall be five academic years consisting of ten semesters with University examination at the end of each semester.
An examination for each semester as specified in paragraph 2 above shall be held twice a year at such places and on such dates as may be fixed by the University.
Subject to the compliance with the provisions of this direction and of other ordinances in force from time to time, the eligibility of an applicant for admission to the course shall be as under.
