Admission Details
The admission is based on merit and CUET score.
The Admission Procedure is based on passing the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
Eligibility Criteria
Students with valid CUET Scores and a Pass in any one of the following examinations –
1. Shastri/Acharya from Central Sanskrit University, any other Sanskrit University, or any recognized institution with at least 50% marks.
2. Shiromani from Madras University, Annamalai University, Shri Venkteshwar University, Tirupati with 50% marks.
3. Vidvadmadhyama from Karnataka Government with 50% marks.
4. Shastrabhushan (Prelim.) from Kerala Government with 50% marks.
5. B.A (Oriental Learning) from any recognized university with 50% marks.
6. BA with Sanskrit as one of the subjects from any recognized university with 50% marks.
7. As per Central Government regulations, candidates who are SC/ST/OBC/PWD/CW must obtain 45% in the aforementioned tests.
A person, who has passed At least 50% marks or equivalent grade either in Shastri / B.A. with Sanskrit and/or Acharya / M.A. (Sanskrit).
