As per the decision of the University, the entire application process will be conducted online. Admission form is common for all above three programs and a single form is required to be filled to get admission in any of the above programs.

CUET PG / MH-CET / CAT / MAT / ATMA will be considered as an alternative for PG-NCAT (Written Test) for MBA & PGD programs. Scores of GATE (AR / Civil) will be considered as an alternative to PG-NCAT (Written Test) for the M.Plan program. For candidates appearing in NCAT & other additional entrance exams (as mentioned above), the highest score among such exams will be considered for final merit.

Applicants for the M.Tech. program in the general category shall have a minimum of 55% aggregate marks, and those in the reserved categories shall have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in qualifying degree (or equivalent) from a recognized University / Institution. Applicant shall have cleared XII Examination in the science stream.

BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, Environmental Engineering, and Architecture and Urban Design (Architecture and Urban Design- minimum 5  years) from a recognized University/ Institution.

Candidates with a regular Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Architecture / Planning from a recognised Institution / University are eligible. Candidates seeking admission are required to have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) at graduation level. Final year eligible graduating students can also apply. However, such candidates must have completed (passed) their Graduation before the commencement of programme.
