As per the decision of the University, the entire application process will be conducted online. Admission form is common for all above three programs and a single form is required to be filled to get admission in any of the above programs.

Applicants for the M.Tech. program in the general category shall have a minimum of 55% aggregate marks, and those in the reserved categories shall have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in qualifying degree (or equivalent) from a recognized University / Institution. Applicant shall have cleared XII Examination in the science stream.

BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Architecture and Urban Design (Architecture and Urban Design- minimum 5  years) from a recognized University/ Institution.

Applicants should have successfully completed any ONE of the following minimum educational qualifications:

Indian Boards
State Board, CBSE, ISC, HSSCC, PUC, Junior College, Intermediate, Senior Secondary, National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) Senior Secondary, New Delhi with Pass in 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized Board / NSQF Certification Level 4 with a minimum 50% aggregate marks

International Boards
– A Levels – Minimum 2 / 3 subjects in the ‘A’ Levels and 5 Passes in the IGCSE / GCSE including English, Minimum requirement is an average of ‘D’ grade – IB Diploma or IB Certificate with 3 subjects at HL and 3 subjects at SL with an overall minimum of 24 points
