Candidate must have appeared/passed the Maharashtra State COMMON ENTRANCE TEST Examination conducted by "THE COMMISSIONER, STATE CET CELL, GOVERNMENT OF MAHARASHTRA".
Admission to 3 year Law Course is through MH – CET (Law) as per the rules of the Government of Maharashtra and University of Mumbai.
Eligibility Criteria
The minimum educational qualification for LL.B. three-year programmes is a Bachelor's DEGREE (10+2+3)with a minimum 45% of Marks for general Category candidates and 40% in case of reserved category in any stream from a university recognised by UGC.
The minimum qualification for admission to the three-year LL.B. course shall be a Graduation with a minimum 45% of marks in any faculty from a recognized University. The above percentage of marks shall be relaxed by 5% for the candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
