Admission to 3-year Law Course is through MH – CET (Law) as per the rules of the Government of Maharashtra and the University of Mumbai.

Candidate must have appeared/passed the Maharashtra State COMMON ENTRANCE TEST Examination conducted by "THE COMMISSIONER, STATE CET CELL, GOVERNMENT OF MAHARASHTRA".

A Candidate, for being eligible for admission to the First Year of three years LL.B., must have passed/completed Degree Examination from a recognized University with a minimum of 45% marks. The above percentage of marks shall be relaxed by 5% for the candidates belonging to SC/STcategories. 2. Admission of a candidate from a University other than the University of Mumbai, will be final in the College on the production of a certificate of eligibility from the University of Mumbai. On the production of a provisional eligibility certificate, a provisional admission to such candidate may be granted  

The minimum educational qualification for LL.B. three-year programmes is a Bachelor's DEGREE (10+2+3)with a minimum 45% of Marks for general Category candidates and 40% in case of reserved category in any stream from a university recognised by UGC.
