The minimum age for admissions shall be 17 yrs on 31st December of the year in which admissions is sought. The maximum age limit for admission shall be 35 yrs.

Minimum Educational Qualification:

a. Candidate with Science who have passed the qualifying 12th standard examination (10+2) and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks n Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together and passed in English individually.
b. Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognized by State Government and National institute of open School (NIOS) recognized by Central Government having science subjects and English only.
c. English is a compulsory subject in 10+2 for being eligible for admission to B.Sc (Nursing).

• Candidate shall be medically fit.
• Married candidates are also eligible for admission.
• Students shall be admitted once in a year.

1. Candidates with Science who have passed the qualifying 12th Standard examination (10+2) and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) taken together and passed in English individually from any recognized board. 

2. In respect of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC the marks obtained in 3 core subjects shall be 40% instead of 45% for General Category candidates. 3. English is a compulsory subject in 10+2 for eligibility for admission to B.Sc. Nursing. 

4. Candidates are also eligible for State Open Schools recognized by the State Government and the National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by the central government as having Science subjects and English only.

 5. Color Blind candidates are eligible provided that color corrective contact lenses and spectacles are worn by such candidates. 

6. The selection of candidates will be subject to medical fitness. No selected candidate will be permitted to join the course unless declared medically fit by the Medical Board appointed by the University.
