The Institute has a robust selection procedure for admission to the programme and it includes-

• Shortlisting on the basis of CAT/XAT/GMAT Score.

• Extempore and Personal Interview (PI).

• Final selection on the basis of CAT/XAT/GMAT score, performance in the Extempore, PI, academic performance and work experience.

Some selection criteria for PGDM admission in Delhi at the FORE School of Management may be added/removed as considered appropriate by the Institute. The final criteria for selection shall be informed to the candidates before the selection process.

CAT (2026) / XAT (2027) / GMAT (January 1, 2023 – March 31, 2027) **

The candidates fulfilling the following criteria are eligible for the programme-

• Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 years duration from a recognised university with minimum 50% marks.
• A candidate must appear in CAT-2026, XAT-2027 or should have a valid GMAT score in a test taken between 1st January 2025 and 31st January 2027.

Eligibility Criteria for PGDM - Working Professionals:

Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 years duration from a recognised university with minimum 50% marks.

The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of full-time post-qualification managerial/supervisory experience (as per AICTE norms)

The candidate must possess a valid score in CAT 2026/ XAT 2027/ GMAT score in a test takebetween 1st January 2025 and 31st January 2027/ GRE or the FORE Aptitude Test.

Minimum three years bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate

* Applicants who are appearing for the final-year degree examination can also apply, subject to the submission of all mark sheets and a pass certificate to IMT’s Academic Program office at a later date. Failing to do so will result in admission being cancelled.

**For the GMAT, the official GMAT score should be sent to the IMT Central admission office by January 15, 2027. For campus-specific applications, the GMAT official scores must be received by the respective campuses by March 31, 2027.
