Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for admission to a 3-year law course, the required qualifications are a 12th-grade education and a three-year graduation degree, with 12th grade being the basic qualification for admission into a 3-year law course.
The qualifications of 10th, 12th (+2), and graduation may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence / open schooling method).
The Pass percentage is 45% for the general category, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for the SC/ST category.

Any person who has passed the qualifying Graduate/degree examination of Berhampur University or any other examination conducted by other Universities / Institutions which is recognized as equivalent thereto by Berhampur University and Bar Council of India with 45% of marks (40% marks for candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes) in aggregate is eligible for admission into LL.B course.
