    Admission to 3 year Law Course is through MH – CET (Law) as per the rules of the Government of Maharashtra and University of Mumbai.  

    Admission will be purely based on Merit.

    Eligibility Criteria

    The minimum qualification for admission to the three-year LL.B. course shall be a Graduation with a minimum 45% of marks in any faculty from a recognized University. The above percentage of marks shall be relaxed by 5% for the candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.

    1.1 (i) Nativity

    The candidate should be an Indian citizen/Foreign Person of Indian Origin (PIO). The candidate should produce any one of the following documents along with the application, to prove citizenship

    a) Certificate from the competent authority to show that the candidate is a native of any State or Union Territory of India

    b) True copy of the Birth Certificate of the candidate issued by Government Authority.

    c) True copy of SSC Leaving Certificate of the candidate.

    d) True copy of the relevant passport page of the candidate issued by concern Government.
