Selection for the Undergraduate courses is through common entrance test conducted by Commissioner for Common Entrance Examinations, Thiruvananthapuram Kerala.

The candidate is included in the rank list of the entrance examination conducted by the Commission for the Government of Kerala.

The basic requirement for eligibility to get admission to the BAMS program is qualifying for the 12th Standard with science stream or any other equivalent examination recognized by the concerned state government and education boards, provided the candidates pass the test with 50% aggregate marks in subjects of physics, chemistry, and biology.
