    Eligibility Criteria

    • All applicants are required to appear for GMATx/CAT*/XAT+ before applying to Great Lakes Institute of Management.
    • For PGDM 2026 Intake, Great Lakes Institute of Management will accept scores of GMAT taken after 1st January 2023, CAT taken in 2024/2025, XAT taken in 2025/2026.
    • All applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution and minimum 60% score across 10th/12th/Undergraduation.
    • Freshers and candidates with strictly less than 36 months of work experience as on 30th June 2026 ONLY are eligible to apply.
    • Candidates with 2-3 years of work experience by 30th April 2026 are encouraged to apply for the One Year Flagship PGPM. They are also eligible to apply for the Two year PGDM.
    • In case an eligible candidate would like to apply for both the programs, they may do so by filling the application forms for both PGPM and PGDM separately. Candidates will be evaluated based on the respective program’s admission criteria. The admissions panel may also recommend the candidates for a specific program based on the assessment and program fit
    • Candidates with family business experience, or belonging to business families and planning to join the business after their MBA, can enroll for the PGPM
    • There will be a special preference for College / University rank holders in terms of an extra weightage gained as part of the selection process. The onus of proof of rank is vested in the applicant.

    The candidates fulfilling the following criteria are eligible for the programme-

    • The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of all the subjects studied at any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of UGC Act 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. The candidate must have obtained a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification that includes a minimum of 3 years of education after completing Higher Secondary Schooling (10+2) or its equivalent.
    • Candidates appearing for the final year degree examination in the year 2026 can also apply subject to furnishing the proof of having passed graduation by Thursday, October 01, 2026, and obtaining a minimum of 50% marks in an aggregate total of all the subjects studied failing which the provisional admission will be cancelled and no fee will be refunded in lieu thereof.
    • A candidate must appear in CAT-2025, XAT-2026 or should have a valid GMAT score in a test taken between 1st January 2024 and 31st January 2026.
