All admissions to the institute are made through the counselling process of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.  

• The student should have passed the CET exam conducted by GGSIP University. the admission would be on the basis of merit.
• All the admission will be made through online counseling sessions to be conducted by the University.

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

• Passed/ appearing in 10+2 pattern or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks in PCM (including Practicals) provided the candidate has passed in each subject separately. candidate must additionally have passed English as a subject of study (core or elective) in the qualifying examination.

Three-year diploma in any of the following branches of engineering and technology with a minimum of 60% in aggregate from any recognized diploma awarding Institute/ University/ Board recognized by AICTE.
