The students seeking admission to the first year BE Degree course in HKBK College of Engineering, Bangalore shall appear in the Competitive entrance test conducted by the concerned authorities as per the approval of the college from time to time. Merit Admissions will be done as per the merit list published by the concerned authorities

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Pass in 10+2, A Level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry / Biology / Biotechnology / Electronics / Computer Science as optional subject, with a minimum of 45% marks taken together in Physics, Mathematics and any one of the optional subjects.
Candidates can apply both under General and Foreign/NRI categories

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.
