The admission into the programs is on the basis of Merit, through Application and Interview / Admission Test (for Ph.D. only). While evaluating students for admission, due weightage is also given to their academic distinctions, awards in sports/cultural events, debates, quizzes and other extra-curricular activities.

• Admission is based on merit computed based on marks secured in the qualifying examination.

Pass in 10+2 or equivalent with 50% and above aggregate marks in any discipline (best of the 5 subjects including English). Admission will be based upon CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) score/LSAT (Law School Admission Test) Score/Personal interview.

• The applicant should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination. Should have secured a minimum of 45% marks in the case of the general category, 42% marks in the case of the OBC category, and 40% marks in the case of the SC/ST category.
• Age Limit: As prescribed by BCI from time to time.
