The selection of the candidates for admission to the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme 2020-22 batch will be carried out in two phases.
In the first phase, the eligible candidates as per the eligibility criteria [A] mentioned above will be shortlisted for Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) from amongst the candidates, who have applied to the MBA programme. The candidate must have a valid CAT score securing a minimum overall percentile score as well as minimum sectional percentile score as mentioned in Table 1.

Eligibility Criteria
1.Recognized Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years’ duration in any of the disciplines with minimum 50% marks [45% in case of the candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC), the Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disability (PWD) categories].
2.Candidates appearing for a qualifying examination can also apply, subject to the submission of proof ofthe requisite qualification by October 31, 2026.
No age limit.
Admission of the candidate who joins the program on a provisional basis but fails ton obtain the minimum percentage in the Bachelor’s degree examination will be automatically cancelled forthwith. Such a candidate should immediately inform the Institute on the declaration of his/her results.Admission of candidates who do not inform the Institute of such a situation will automatically stand cancelled on 31st October 2026.
No requestfor extension oftime forre-evaluation, etc. will be entertained.
1] Bachelor degree with at least 60% marks (55% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category) or a minimum CPI of 6.5 (6 in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category) out of 10 from institutions/universities incorporated by an act of parliament or state legislature in India or other institutions declared to be deemed as University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of Education, Government of India or AICTE or AIU or reputed foreign university.
2] Candidates in final year of the degree and those awaiting results can also apply. The applicant should have secured an aggregate of 60% marks (55% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category) or equivalent till the latest exam that has been completed and whose scores are available. The admission will be subject to candidate fulfilling the eligibility criteria.
3] CA, CS, CFA, ICWA or FRM with first class Bachelor degree in any discipline having secured 60% marks (55% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category) in aggregate (including all years/semesters) or minimum CPI of 6.5 (6 in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category) out of 10 from institutions/universities incorporated by an act of parliament or state legislature in India or other institutions declared to be deemed as University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of Education, Government of India or AICTE or AIU or reputed foreign university.
