Admission Details

Admission is based on National level entrance Exam.

All applicants are required to appear in Common Law Admission Test – Post Graduate (CLAT – PG) that is conducted by National Law University‘s on a rotational basis. TheUniversity shall not conduct its own CET for admissions, but shall be utilizing the merit prepared on the basis of (CLAT – PG,) Merit for its admissions.

Eligibility Criteria

LL.B. Degree (with not less than 50% marks) from any University/Institution recognized by Bar Council of India to be eligible for enrolment as an advocate in India.

A Law Degree from a foreign university with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade as per Association of Indian University (AIU) Guidelines.

The candidates appearing in the qualifying examinations are also eligible to apply but their admission will be subject to production of proof of having acquired minimum prescribed qualification, at the time of admission.

A candidate must have passed the LL.B Degree as required by the Bar Council of India for Enrollment as an Advocate or an equivalent Law Degree from a Foreign University, with not less than 55% marks.
