The admission is through Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the Department for Technical Education in Karnataka. However, there are a few seats available with the management. More information about the management seats can be obtained by contacting the college authorities.

Eligibility Criteria

A candidate must have passed the B.Sc with Computer Science as a Major/Equivalent/Optional subject and must have obtained a minimum of 45% (SC/ST and Category−I candidates- 40%) of marks in aggregate/optional subjects put together from all the years of the examination of the course.

The candidate must have studied Mathematics as one of the optional subjects in the 10 + 2 year or equivalent.

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.
