Admissions shall be made based on the merit of AIEEE through online off-campus counseling. 

The Admission Procedure is based on the first year and will be based on the Merit list generated since SIST is exempted from CUET(Common University Entrance Test)as per the notice issued by the Education Department.

The candidate should have passed the 10+2 examination from a recognized Board/ University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with any one of the following subjects:  

• Chemistry, Computer Science / Information Science, Bio-Technology, Biology.

Passed 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry as compulsory subjects and obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
                             OR
Passed a minimum of three years Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year. 

Lateral Entry:

Passed Minimum THREE years / TWO years (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in ANY branch of Engineering and Technology.
