The candidates must qualify based on the rank of the National Eligibility-Cum-Entrance Test (NEET) secured by the examinee after counselling (choice of college) through WBMCC.

The Selection for admission in 1st B.H.M.S. Course will be as follows:- 

1. Admission Test 2. Interview /Viva The selected candidates will have to be admitted through approval of the Central Selection Committee, Govt. of W.B. Total Seats: 60 Of which 50 % Free Seats without Course Fee and 50 % Payment Seats with Course Fee Reserved for SC/ST/OBC: 15 % of 60 Seats, others from General Quota.

The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examinations from a recognized board in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

The candidate who has passed (10+2) H.S. Examination of Council of Higher Secondary Education, West Bengal, or its equivalent Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, and Vernacular Subjects, and securing at least 50 % Marks / passed successfully in each Subject for admission in the B.H.M.S. Course.
