CET:

The CET Quota test is conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority for candidates of Karnataka Domicile.

COMEDK:

COMEDK quota test is conducted by Karnataka Unaided Private Engineering Colleges Association Authority, for both Karnataka and non-Karnataka candidates.

MANAGEMENT:

For Management quota seats, Rajeev Institute of Technology invites applications from candidates who meet the basic requirements for admission, which were listed above. Based on personal counseling, these seats are allocated to the most qualified applicants who applied. For details on obtaining applications, counseling, etc, the same will be announced/hosted on this site shortly.

The admission is through Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the Department for Technical Education in Karnataka. However, there are a few seats available with the management. More information about the management seats can be obtained by contacting the college authorities.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate should have passed in 2nd PUC / 12th Std / Equivalent Exam with English as one of the Languages and obtained a Minimum of 45% of Marks in aggregate in Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Biology / Electronics / Computer. (40% for SC, ST, Cat-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B category candidates).
Candidate should have a qualifying rank in either the CET or COMEDK entrance test.

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.
