To seek admission at Rama University, students must secure a minimum eligible score in Class XII (CBSE/ISC/State Board). The university's final selection process is based on an entrance test, counseling, and an interview.

The Candidate should have 10+2 Passed in any stream with 50% for all categories. 

Applicant who has completed their Senior Secondary School (10+2) or equivalent (Such as 11+1, “A” level in Senior School Leaving Certificate programme) examination from a recognized University in India or outside or from a Senior Secondary Board or equivalent constituted or recognized by the Union or by a State Government or from any equivalent institution from a foreign country recognized by the Government of that country for issue of qualifying certificate on successful completion of the programme.

However, the applicant who has obtained 10+2 or Graduation/Post-graduation through the open Universities System directly without having any basic qualification for pursuing such studies shall not be eligible for admission to the 5-year B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) programme.

Minimum marks in the qualifying examination for admission shall not be below 50% of total marks in case of General category applicants, 45% in case of OBCs, and 40% in case of SCs & STs applicants.
