The Candidate Pass in SSLC or equivalent with a minimum of 35 percent of marks.

Karnataka students:

• The candidate should study a minimum of five years from 1-10th Standard in Karnataka.
• The reservation facilities will be given to Karnataka students only.

Non-Karnataka student:

• Non-Karnataka students are not eligible for reservation.
• Non-Karnataka students residing in Karnataka should submit a domicile certificate from the concerned Taluk office.

For Lateral Entry:

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics / Biology subject or 10 + 2 Science (with Mathematics as one of the subjects) or 10 + 2 Science with Technical Vocational subject or 10th + (2 years ITI) with appropriate Trade in that order shall be eligible for admission to second Year Diploma Courses of appropriate.

• The Candidate should have a Pass in 10th Standard, PUC Pass/ Fail.
• The Candidate should have a Pass in ITI / PUC for 2nd Year lateral Entry.
