Eligibility For 1st Year

• The candidates seeking admission for the 1st year should have passed the SSLC examination or Matric, or equivalent examinations conducted by the State Board of Tamil Nadu or CBSE.
• 11th Fail/discontinue or 12th Fail

Eligibility For The Direct 2nd-Year Lateral Entry

• Candidates must have passed the HSC examination from the government-recognized board (State/Central) with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Pure Science as their subject.
• On completion of 2 years of ITI, or equivalent Vocation Course, students can apply directly for the second year.

The candidate who has passed the 10th Std./ SSC examination. Obtained at least 35% marks in the qualifying examination.

For Lateral Entry-

• The candidate who has passed the 12th Std examination with Physics, and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one  Mathematics/Biology/Zoology.

• 12th Science (with Mathematics as one of the Subjects)or 12th Science with Vocational or 12th Science with technical

OR

• 10th +(2yearsITI)with appropriate trade in the order shall be eligible for admission to second-year diploma courses of the appropriate program.
