1. Applicant should not be more than 25 years and not less than 17 years of age, on or before 31st December of the year of admission.

2. The minimum educational requirement shall be passing of Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (12 Years Course) or Senior School Certificate Examination (10+2), Pre-degree Examination (10+2), or an equivalent with 12 years of schooling from a recognized board or university with science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and English with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

3. Candidates shall be medically fit.

Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education of Kerala or equivalent examinations recognized by any of the Universities in the State of Kerala with an Aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and 50% marks in English in the second Year only are eligible for admission.
