• The Candidate should have obtained at least 40% marks at the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA), conducted by the Council of Architecture.

Passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics OR Passed (10+3) Full-time Diploma Examination recognized by All India Council for Technical Education / Central / State Govt. or its equivalent examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject OR as declared by the appropriate authority from time to time.

Lateral Entry Eligibility:

The Candidate should have passed in all subjects with all credits earned for the year after which he /she is applying for direct admission to the immediate consecutive year as per the following requirement:

1.      Cleared First year B.Arch. for admission to Second Year B.Arch.

2.      Cleared Second year B.Arch. for admission to Third Year B.Arch.

3.      Cleared Third year B.Arch. for admission to Fourth Year B.Arch.

• The Candidate should be an Indian National.
• Passed HSC or its equivalent with Mathematics and obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in aggregate in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only (ii) Passed (10+3) Full-time Diploma examination recognized by All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government or its equivalent examination and obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in aggregate in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
