Admission to MPT is based on merit in the qualifying examination

The Admission Process is Based on All-India Post Graduate Entrance Test (PGET) was conducted by the Institute under the Chairmanship of the Director of SVNIRTAR for the selection of the candidates.

Candidates with BSc (PT) or BPT degree of 4½ years duration (including 6 months internship) from a recognized university, securing not less than 50% marks in aggregate.

Candidates admitted into the Master in Physiotherapy course should have passed the BPT degree examination of the University of Health Sciences or an examination of any other university accepted by the authority of this university as equivalent thereto.
