Admission Details
Admission to the BAMS Programme was made by the University on the basis of the Merit of the Admission Test conducted by it.
The Students are admitted to the BAMS course on the merit basis obtained in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA).
Eligibility Criteria
12th standard with subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology with obtained 50% marks or any other equivalent examination recognized by concerned state governments and education boards with at least fifty percent aggregate marks. 2. For reserved categories or special categories like physically handicapped students in 10+2, they shall be given relaxation in marks for admission to Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery as per rules for the time being in force. 3. For foreign students, any other equivalent qualification to be approved by the concerned authority may be allowed
Students must have passed the Twelfth (10 + 2) standard with science (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) or any other examination recognized as equivalent to the same, and with English as one of the languages. He/she must have achieved a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate of the relevant science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) of the 12th standard examination. Minimum age for admission is 17 years on or before 31st December in the year of admission for the First BAMS course. NEET is compulsory for NRI students too.
