    Admission to the MBA Programme at IIM Sirmaur shall constitute the
    following process:

    • CAT Examination (valid CAT score, as applicable)
    • Personal Presence Process (PPP): Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview, as
      per the shortlisting criteria mentioned in Table-1.
      The components of WAT and PI will be common to all the participating nine IIMs in the
      Common Admission Process, (CAP).
    • Announcement of the final selection/merit list on the basis of the composite score
      arrived at using weightages as per valid CAT scores, WAT and PI score,

    Admission for Supernumerary seats for Girls students- The admission process under supernumerary quota for girl students shall be conducted separately by the Institute and shall have the following selection parameters:

    The Selection process is carried out in two steps.

    Step I: SNAP Test Each student desirous of admission to SIIB, Pune must appear for Symbiosis National Aptitude (SNAP) Test, which is a common written test for the admission to all Symbiosis postgraduate institutes. For SNAP Test information log on to http://www.snaptest.org and register. Get your SNAP-ID. This SNAP-ID should be entered while applying to SIIB, Pune. Preserve the Admit Card of SNAP Test for further selection process at SIIB, Pune. Appearing for the SNAP Test does not automatically qualify an applicant for the next step in the selection process at SIIB, Pune.

    Step II: Selection Process at SIIB, Pune Each student desirous of admission to SIIB Pune must apply SIIB, Pune separately, using the link given at the website. Short-listed Applicants based on SNAP scores will be called for the selection process at SIIB, Pune. Shortlisted candidates are announced via a web-link on SIIB Pune’s website as per the scheduled dates. Individual regret letters will not be sent to applicants who are not called for GE-PIWAT. The entire selection process will be held at PUNE only. This process includes Group Exercise, Personal Interview & Written Ability Test (GE-PIWAT).

    Eligibility Criteria

    • The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons With Disability (PWD) categories], awarded by any University or educational institution as incorporated by an Act of the Parliament or State legislature in India or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
    • Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply. However, it may be noted that such candidates, if selected, will be allowed to join the programme provisionally, only if they submit a certificate from the Principal/Registrar of their University/Institution (issued on or before the date as stipulated by the respective IIM) stating that they have completed all the requirements for obtaining the Bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification on the date of the issue of the certificate.

    Admission for International students

    The admission process under supernumerary quota for International students shall be conducted separately by the institute and shall have the following selection process:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (from at least a three year programme) with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA/Grades from a recognized university/institute after at least 12 years of school education.
    • Valid GMAT/GRE Score (Taken within last 5 years)
