The admission procedure is as per the rules and regulations prescribed by the Bar Council of India, University of Pune, and the Government of Maharashtra.

• Persons who have passed any Degree Examination of Amravati University or an Examination recognized as equivalent thereto.
• The minimum percentage of marks required in the qualifying Examination for admission in the above course should be 45% and for SC/ST 40%.
• Preference in all respect will be given to the students of Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati. That the applicant for admission to LL.B. Course who have less than 45% Marks at Bachelor Degree Level, but above 40% at degree level can be considered for Admission to LL.B. 1st

A Candidate must have passed graduation from a recognized University and shall be eligible for the course.
