Students securing minimum eligible score in Class XII (CBSE/ISC/State-Boards of 2019/2021) or graduation as the case may be can opt for the Direct Selection Process for seeking admission at Rama University. However, preference will be given to meritorious students. The final selection is based on counseling and interview process.

B.Tech - 45% in 10+2 level (PCM).
Lateral entry to 2nd year passed B.Sc PCM or Diploma in Relevant subject.

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject/Computer Science/Information Technology/Informatics Practices/Agriculture/Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 50% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
