The Candidate should have obtained qualifying marks in NATA or obtained Non Zero Positive Score in JEE Main Paper II.

• The Candidate should be an Indian National.
• Passed HSC or its equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate OR
• Passed (10+3) Diploma Examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate

1. Maharashtra State Candidate

(i) The candidate should be an Indian National and having domicile of Maharashtra state and / or born in Maharashtra state. 

(ii) No candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless she/he has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practises or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate

Or

(ii) No candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless she/he has passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate.  

(iii) In addition to the above, All candidates need to qualify an aptitude test conducted by the council of architecture i.e. (NATA), all candidates who have passed any other aptitude test conducted by other authorities i.e JEE- paper II shall be required to qualify in order to be eligible for admission to B.Arch. course.

2. All India Candidate and *NRI Candidate (*NRI Seats subject to approval by CoA)

(i) The Candidate should be an Indian National.
