The Admission Procedure is based on the Merit list.

Merit point for admission in the general course is to be calculated by adding the marks obtained in Best Five subjects excluding Environmental Studies of Higher Secondary / equivalent examinations.

A person, who has passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto, shall be eligible for the course.

• I. Minimum aggregate marks (Best five subjects) in 10+2 level is 45%
• II. If an applicant comes from a Science stream at HS level: A minimum of 30% in Mathematics
• III. If an applicant comes from Arts stream in HS level: Computer Application as one of the subjects in HS level
• IV. If an applicant comes from Commerce stream in HS level: Business Mathematics/Accountancy as one of the subjects in HS level
• V.  If an applicant comes from a vocational stream at the 10+2 level: CAAM, CFAP, and BS22 are combination subjects at the HS level.
