 Admission will be finalized on the basis of the marks obtained in the Entrance Test/Merits.

• Candidates seeking admission to the B.Ed. the program should have obtained at least 50% marks either in the B.A. and/or in the Master Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Humanity, Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent.
• Reservation and relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and other applicable categories shall be as per the rules of the central/state govt., whichever is applicable.

Only those candidates would be eligible for admissions who have secured a minimum of 50% in the aggregate in their Graduation/Post Graduation examinations from any recognized university. [Relaxation would be granted to SC/ST candidates who produce the relevant certificates). Working knowledge of English is essential. Applicants coming from Universities other than Sikkim University need to submit their Migration Certificates preferably at the time of their admissions or latest by the end of July.
