The selection of applicants will be based on educational qualifications, marks obtained inboard/ university exams, work experience, and performance in a personal interview, essay wring, and group discussion.

The course is open to candidates with a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university in India and abroad, with at least 50% marks. Hospital Administration being a muldisplinary area, people are welcome to apply from varied academic background e.g; medical, dental, physiotherapy, AYUSH, nursing, and paramedical sciences, veterinary sciences, management, natural sciences (including biology), social sciences and social work, engineering, law, commerce or accounting, communication, etc. Relevant work experience in the health and hospital sector will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

A candidate must have passed the Graduation (Minimum 3 years) in health sciences with 50% marks OR Graduation in any discipline with 50% with minimum two years of experience in Public Health from organization/ institute/ hospital /NGO (For experience candidate, has to submit certificate in a format given by the University).
