The candidate seeking admission after HSC must apply at Gujarat Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC). A grand merit list is prepared and Candidates get admission in branches of their choices at various colleges of Gujarat according to merit in council.

• A candidate who wants admission to any branch of the four-year degree program for Bachelor of Engineering(BE) must have passed the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) or CBSE Board – HSC ( Science Stream ) conducted by the Gujarat Secondary Education Board or an Equivalent board.
• A student who has passed the final year Diploma Examination in Engineering conducted by Gujarat Technological University (GTU) and the Technical Examination Board (TEB) will be considered eligible for admission to the second year of the Degree Engineering course in any branch (D2D).
• A student who has passed his qualifying examination from any other University or examination body and is seeking admission to the engineering program must produce an eligibility certificate from his/her University.

Candidates, who have passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto, shall be eligible for the course.
